How to change

Appointment Avaliability

1. Select Bussiness on the side panel and then Appointment Types

2. All your Appointment types will be displayed. Those with a blue Cliniko or Nookal have been feed through from your PMS. Select the appointment type that you don't want to appear in the App by clicking on "View"

3. To edit the Appointment Type click on the Green button top right of the screen "Edit Appointment Type"

4. If you scroll down to "Show in App" select "No" and this appointment type will not be avaliable for patients to book

5. Click "Save" to update the changes in the App

How to change

Appointment description

1. Select Bussiness on the side panel and then Appointment Types

2. All your Appointment types will be displayed. Those with a blue Cliniko or Nookal have been feed through from your PMS. Select the appointment type that you would like to add or change the description by clicking on "View"

3. To edit the Appointment Type click on the Green button top right of the screen "Edit Appointment Type"

4. If you scroll down to "Short Description" select type in the description you woud like to appear in the App for patients to see

5. Click "Save" to update the changes in the App
